Your reminders never leave your device. ReminderStats reads your Apple Reminders solely to compute the statistics shown to you — this data is never uploaded, shared or sold.

1. Overview
ReminderStats ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS app, published by Utsav Mangla, an individual developer based in Delhi, India, that reads your Apple Reminders to surface completion statistics, habit streaks and productivity insights. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.
2. Data We Access
2a. Apple Reminders (EventKit)
With your permission, the app reads your reminders — including titles, due dates, completion status and list names — via the iOS EventKit framework. This data is:
- Processed entirely on your device to compute statistics.
- Cached locally in the app's private storage so the app loads quickly between launches.
- Never transmitted to any server, never shared with any third party, and never used for any purpose beyond displaying analytics to you.
If you check a reminder off inside ReminderStats, that change is written back to Apple Reminders through the same EventKit framework. No other changes are made to your reminders.
You can revoke Reminders access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Reminders. Revoking access stops the app from reading or caching reminder data.
2b. App preferences
User preferences (for example excluded lists, hidden habits, the day the week starts on and the Daily Digest time) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage and are never transmitted externally.
2c. Notifications
If you enable the Daily Digest, the app schedules a local notification on your device. Notifications are generated on-device; no push-notification service or server is involved.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses three third-party SDKs that may collect limited, non-personally-identifiable data:

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. RevenueCat is governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The App Store privacy label for ReminderStats lists Identifiers and Usage Data as "Data Not Linked to You". No other data categories are collected.
4. In-App Purchases
ReminderStats offers a one-time purchase ("ReminderStats Pro") processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information — we never see or store your payment details. RevenueCat is used solely to verify and manage your purchase entitlement using an anonymous identifier.
5. Support Communications
If you contact us via the in-app support option, your email client is pre-filled with your app version number and an anonymous RevenueCat identifier. This helps us diagnose issues. Sending the email is entirely optional and at your discretion. Any information you include in that email is used only to respond to your request.
6. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
All reminder data is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the app, which removes the local cache and all preferences. Analytics and crash data retained by Firebase are subject to Google's data-retention policies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of data held about you. Because the app does not collect personally identifiable information, most requests can be satisfied by deleting the app. For any remaining concerns please contact us at the address below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
